  1. Search any patient → auto-fills name, email, phone, address.
  2. Build order → Place Order → choose Complete Order, or Complete and Post to Ledger to bill the patient in ChiroTouch and collect there.
  3. Deal + line items created in HubSpot. Bonnie gets fulfillment email. Patient gets retail confirmation.
